What is the shipping process?
We use USPS to ship all orders from our web store. All postage fees include the cost of shipping & handling.
We’ll send you an email when your order ships with tracking information included.
What is the Return & Cancellation Policy ?
All orders have a 7 day return window. You have until 7 days after you receive your order to return it. Email email@example.com to process the return.
There are no returns or refunds on custom items.
Once your order has been shipped, we cannot accept any cancellations. If you notice any problems with your order in your confirmation e-mail, please contact us immediately and we will make every effort to correct it.
My order still hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
Though we do our best to ship orders in a timely and secure manner, sometimes unexpected delays can occur. If your package hasn’t arrived and the listed, estimated delivery times have elapsed, please refer to your tracking information. Alyson Jon Life cannot be held responsible for any orders lost by the postal service. However, we will do our best to ensure the happiness of our customers; if you suspect your order has been lost in transit, let us know and we’ll work with you.
Currently at this time we are not shipping outside of the U.S. We do have plans to make international shipping available as an option in the near future.
